It is important for LOULA that you be fully satisfied with your purchase.


Under DL 24/2014, the consumer has the right of free termination of contract, within 15 days, without giving any reason. However, the consumer does not have the right of free termination of contract in the following cases:


● Goods made according to consumer specifications or distinctly customized;
● Earrings, for hygiene reasons, if the packaging in which it is placed is opened after delivery.

 


The period for exercising the right of free termination of contract will expire 14 days from the day following the day on which it is acquired, or by a third party other than the carrier appointed, who acquires physical possession of the goods or, if they are sent in distinct parcels from the last good.

In order to exercise your right of free termination of contract, you must notify us of your decision to terminate this contract by means of a clear statement to the email address info@loula.shop.

In order to comply with the period for free termination of contract, it is sufficient that your communication concerning the exercise of the right for free termination of contract be sent before the expiry of the period of termination.
In the event of free termination of contract, you will be refunded of all payments made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We make these refunds using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed by you.

All elements supplied with the product (including their packaging and any accessories) are essential for the eventual return of the product.

Once the products are returned, they will be reviewed and checked for status. The costs of returning products, due to the exercise of the right of free termination of contract will be supported by the customer.
The customer may be liable for depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulation that goes beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EXCHANGES POLICY

Within the framework of LOULA® customer satisfaction policy, except for the statutory rights arising from the guarantee, exchanges are permitted:

  • If the articles have not been used and are still packed; 
  • If they are returned within 15 days from the day after you acquire physical possession of the products. 

 

Exchanges of the following articles are not accepted: 

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons;
  • Items sold with discounts. 

 

We recommend that you use a secure or accompanying shipping method, for example registered or special delivery, and keep proof of shipment. Until we receive the returned product at the above PO Box, the products and their conditions are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The products must not have use marks and must be in conditions of sale. The customer will be responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from a manipulation that goes beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.

Costs arising from the exchange of products will be supported by the Customer.
